Add New Users

  1. Open the Account Folder in the left hand menu
  2. Click Edit/Add Users
  3. Click the Add User button
  4. Enter the user's information
    1. Name
    2. Email: this field
    3. User name: any alphanumeric combination or email address
    4. Temporary password: include a combination of at least 6 alphanumeric characters
    5. SMS Number: optional phone number
    6. Time Zone: defaults to US/Eastern
  5. Assign specific user permissions
    1. Drag and drop the security groups from the Disabled column to the Enabled column to grant user access
  6. Click Save and Close

Edit an Existing User Profile

  1. Click Edit User
  2. Edit the user information
  3. Once the desired changes have been made, click Save

Delete a User

  1. From the Edit/Add Users screen, click the Username you want to delete
  2. Click the Delete User button
  3. When prompted, click Yes to confirm

Send a Welcome Message

  1. Open the Account Folder
  2. Click Edit/Add Users
  3. Select a User
  4. Click the Send Welcome Message button
  5. If your web browser is configured with an email program, it will create a new message with their email as the To Address
