The Portfolio is where you can manage files and images used in email messages and other web content.  Your account's digital files are stored in the Portfolio.

To manage files and images in your account:

  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Portfolio
  3. Click the button: Click here to manage your portfolio
  4. Upload files into the selected folder by clicking the Upload button
  5. You'll see thumbnails of the uploaded files:
    1. Uploaded files will automatically be stored in the Files folder
    2. Images uploaded into messages using the Browse button will be stored in the Images folder of the Portfolio by default
  6. To add a new Subfolder, right click on a folder and click New Subfolder
  7. To rename a folder, right click on a folder and click Rename
  8. NOTE: Do not move files to new folders after messages have been sent out with those files.  If you do, emails already sent with those re-organized images will have broken image links.  Instead, the best practice is to thoughtfully add images to the portfolio and then keep them at that location.

 

Find the Permalink of an Image Saved in the Portfolio

  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Portfolio
  3. Click the button: Click here to manage your portfolio
  4. You'll see thumbnails of the uploaded files
  5. Right click on the image and select View from the drop-down menu:
  6. Right click on the image and select "Copy Image Location"
  7. This will copy the image's permalink onto your clipboard
